My Favorite Recipes

Hello Again!

I know it has been awhile since I’ve posted anything new.  My last post was for home made pasta noodles.  I am hoping that you are trying some of my recipes.  I’d love to know how they come out for you.  I’d love to know if you, your family, and friends like the foods I’ve put on my blog!

I have a few favorites that I make quite often as they make a family size amount and last me a little while.  Some I put in my freezer so I can enjoy some of my favorite foods without having to make them every time I want them.

So some of “My Favorite Recipes” are Stuffed Peppers, Baked Macaroni, Sausage, Peppers and Onions with Potatoes, and Boglioloti.  My favorite recipes satisfy my taste buds with wonderful flavors!  When I make them my kitchen smells like my mother Lucia’s kitchen smelled when she cooked for our family.  Wonderful smells of delicious, mouth-watering meals!  It brings my mother back to me!

I have been doing some more research in regard to stories about my family and historical events that affected my family. I’ve gone back to some earlier posts and added the new information I’ve found.  My almost 97 year old aunt has recently been telling me stories that she never told me before!  So look back to my earlier posts to see what I’ve added!

Try cooking some of my favorite recipes and let me know how you like them!

I almost forgot!  One thing I make for special guests is my family’s Sicilian Cream Puffs with Sicilian Cream.  Everyone loves them and I know you will too!  Give them a try!
